提高在建核电项目质量管理水平的措施建议

摘要:

文章从在建核电项目目前的现状着手,分析了目前质量管理的薄弱环节和困难,针对性的提出了以管理人及人的活动为重点的控制内容,重点从培训人的质量意识和责任心、提升操作技能及技能水平等方面,制定详细的工作流程。遵照质量计划及施工方案,按程序作业,特别是针对质量管理中的薄弱环节提出了应用根本原因分析和质量管理的PDCA循环的方法,把不文明施工和环境整治当做安全隐患进行整改的提升管理水平的针对性解决措施和建议；措施和意见的有效实行,可推进核电在建项目的顺利建设,提升核电项目的质量管理水平。
