核电项目合同管理的薄弱环节及改进措施建议

文章从在建核电项目的现状着手,分析了目前合同管理所面临的挑战,指出了合同管理的薄弱环节和困难,针对性的提出了以管理人及人的活动为重点的控制内容,重点从培训人的合同意识和责任心、提升管理知识及合同技能等方面,明确了合同管理的指导思想,制定可靠的管理办法如改善人因因素的措施、合同支付沙盘推演、做好合同监督管理、做好过程阶段性结算、做好合同评价工作、合同数据分析管理等方法,按照合同管理的工作流程实施合同管理,促进项目的有序进展。
