Abstract:s: The papers analyze the various problems and weak links of the non-conformity-items。NCR opening , lay down the scheme, site rectify and reform, close in the hole process。The papers show us how to analyze the essential cause、the way on controlling the NCR,the weak links such as the essential cause of non-conformity-items that cannot be effectively analyzed .the simple treatment method of NCR not highlighted and the rigorous and meticulous technology of nuclear power project were classified .and the most NCR construction links such as pipeline welding、the finished product protection and mechanical installation were found. It is pointed that NCR management must be paid attention to seriously, the key points of supervision and inspection of nuclear safety management on engineering construction must be clarified, the essential cause analysis of NCR must be done well, the targeted treatment scheme must be formulated, and the standard records must be strictly implemented, which can effectively shorten the NCR treatment process, so as to timely archive and form a closed loop.
