工程监理三步工作法探讨

文章基于监理工作实践，提出工程监理三步工作法，通过明确工作标准、过程检查、检查结果与工作标准对比三个步骤，判断工作是否合格。本方法适用于工序验收、检验批验收、材料验收、工程造价、工程进度、工程安全等工程管理范畴。工程监理三步工作法旨在培养监理人的主动意识，是提高监理工程师能力的有效途径。

Abstract: Based on supervision work practice this paper points out the Three step working method . By clarifying work standards,process Inspection,comparison of inspection results with work standards ,We can determine whether the work is qualified.This method is applicable to process acceptance,inspection batch acceptance,material acceptance,engineering cost,engineering progress and engineering safety etc.The Three step working method aims to foster active consciousness of the engineer.The Three step working method is the effectual way to improve ability of the engineer.
