通过选取工程案例,从工程概况、工程施工难点与重点、监理工作流程、监理工作内容细则地阐述高大模板工程监理实施细则的实践,并提出其存在内容不完整、针对性不强、动态更新滞后等不足,相应地提出从先进技术融合、管理流程便捷、质量控制优化等方面创新实施细则编制工作,实现系统性地整理一份内容完整、针对性强、指导性强的实施细则,作为开展监理工作有力的支撑。

Abstract:

By selecting engineering cases, this paper elaborates the practice of high-and-large formwork engineering supervision implementation specifications from the perspectives of project overview, construction difficulties and key points, supervision workflow, and detailed regulations of supervision work content. It also points out the shortcomings of incomplete content, poor specificity, and delayed dynamic updates, and accordingly proposes innovative measures for compiling implementation specifications, such as integrating advanced technologies, streamlining management processes, and optimizing quality control, to systematically compile a comprehensive, specific, and highly instructive implementation specification, serving as a strong support for supervision work.
