    通过系统的分析智慧工地体系下BIM应用的影响因素,为了推动BIM技术在智慧工地体系中的应用,以智慧工地体系中BIM技术应用的影响因素为研究对象,用ISM的研究方法,从技术、管理、人员、经济、环境五个一级指标下13个二级指标进行研究分析;并采取层次分析的方法,对影响智慧工地体系中BIM应用的主要因素就行权重分析,得出技术缺失是影响智慧工地体系BIM应用的主要因素,管理难度大是次要影响因素,这为促进智慧工地体系中BIM应用的发展提供了建议。

    Abstract:

    Through a systematic analysis of the influencing factors of BIM application in the smart construction site system, in order to promote the application of BIM technology in the smart construction site system, this study takes the influencing factors of BIM technology application in the smart construction site system as the research object, and uses the ISM research method to conduct research and analysis on 13 secondary indicators under the five primary indicators of technology, management, personnel, economy, and environment; And adopting the method of analytic hierarchy process, the main factors affecting the application of BIM in the smart construction site system were re analyzed, and it was found that technical deficiencies were the main factor affecting the application of BIM in the smart construction site system, and management difficulty was the secondary factor. This provides suggestions for promoting the development of BIM application in the smart construction site system.
