    摘要:

    装配式建筑评价是以国标和地方标准为依据开展的标准化认定工作,是全过程咨询项目的关键性的技术环节。以杭州市某高层装配式住宅项目为实例,分别介绍了混凝土结构和钢结构装配式建筑的实施路径。对叠合楼板、高精度模板、围护墙体、ALC条板、装配式钢结构体系等关键技术进行了论述。装配式钢结构体系中,钢筋桁架组合楼板体系是实现A级甚至更高评级认定的有效手段。

    Abstract:

    The evaluation of prefabricated buildings is a standardized certification work based on national and local standards, and is a crucial technical link in the entire process of consulting projects. Taking a high-rise prefabricated residential project in Hangzhou as an example, this paper introduces the implementation paths of concrete structure and steel structure prefabricated buildings. Key technologies such as laminated floor slabs, high-precision templates, retaining walls, ALC slats, and prefabricated steel structure systems were discussed. In prefabricated steel structure systems, the steel truss composite floor system is an effective means to achieve A-level or even higher rating recognition.
