Based on supervision work practice this paper points out the importance of monthly? report.This papaer raises issues with the monthly report，such as incomplete content, content repetition,no system,no depth,weak content in safety management,inadequate writing ability,propose the key points for writing the monthly report.such as planning and key content writing. This papaer delves deeply into all these matters.
