全过程工程咨询模式下监理企业转型升级系统协同度研究

从系统视角出发,基于文献法与专家调查法以项目管理、技术子系统为横向、以项目投资决策、建设实施、运营维护各阶段为纵向构建二维监理企业转型升级系统矩阵,并将熵权法与协同度结合定量分析监理企业转型升级系统对项目全生命周期各阶段的协同度,识别监理企业转型升级在项目全生命周期各阶段的关键影响子系统,相应地提出建议,以期为推动监理企业全过程工程咨询业务转型提供参考。

Abstract:

From the perspective of system, based on literature method and expert survey method, a two-dimensional transformation and upgrading system matrix of supervision enterprises is constructed with project management and technology subsystem as horizontal, and each stage of project investment decision, construction implementation, operation and maintenance as vertical, and the entropy weight method is combined with the degree of cooperation to quantitatively analyze the degree of cooperation between the transformation and upgrading system of supervision enterprises and each stage of the project life cycle. Identify the key subsystems affecting the transformation and upgrading of supervision enterprises in each stage of the project life cycle, and put forward suggestions accordingly, in order to provide references for promoting the transformation of the whole process of engineering consulting business of supervision enterprises.
