Abstract:Based on T/CWE C18-2020 and the actual construction of Zhanghe Reservoir reinforcement project in Hubei Province, the paper evaluates the standardization practice of safety production of supervision units. Hierarchical analysis (AHP) is adopted to establish the evaluation index system and evaluation threshold, analyze the sensitive indicators such as target responsibility, institutionalized management, education and training, site management, safety risk classification control, hidden danger investigation and management, emergency management, accident management and continuous improvement, and evaluate them. The conclusion is that the comprehensive evaluation value of the construction supervision unit is G=0.94, which is consistent with the actual situation.
