在新时代背景下,工程监理行业的可持续发展是一个重要且有意义的话题。本研究从可持续发展的含义出发,对工程监理行业可持续发展进行定义,并提出了工程监理行业可持续发展的理论模型,在文献研究的基础上进而提出了工程监理行业可持续发展系统的因果模型,最后提出了工程监理行业可持续发展的策略,即厘清工程监理定位、工程监理服务内容改革、充分发挥工程监理行业协会的作用以及加大科技创新和服务创新等,希望对我国工程监理行业的发展能够提供一定的指导。
