    文章提出了基于精细化高质量“防救戒”安全标准化安全管理创新标杆模式的内涵,即在工程管理过程中以安全标准化I级达标为高标准,对管理体系不断创新优化和精细化高质量管理,充分应用“防救戒”全过程控制理念,持续创新安全管理技术、开发应用新的智能化信息化和隐患排查治理APP等管理工具,通过实践实现卓越安全绩效的过程管理来培育安全人才队伍、形成良好安全管理实践、建设行业标杆智慧工地等高质量标准化建设成果。遵循该安全管理创新标杆模式,可全面提升现场安全管理水平并广泛应用,能遏制安全事故的发生、塑造标杆。

    Abstract:

    s: The article proposes the connotation of an innovative benchmark model for safety management based on refined and high-quality "prevention - rescue-punishment to the management system with the high standard of safety standardization level I in the engineering management process, fully apply the concept of "prevention and rescue" under the whole process control, and continuously innovate safety management technology develop, and apply new intelligent information technology, and hidden danger investigation and governance apps as well as other management tools, cultivate a team of safety talents, form good safety management practices, build high-quality standardized construction results such as industry benchmark smart construction sites through process management that achieves excellent safety performance through practice. That following the innovative benchmark model of safety management can comprehensively improve the level of on-site safety management and widely apply it, which can curb the occurrence of safety accidents, and shape a benchmark to all kinds of the industry.
