浅谈“数智”赋能轨道交通设施保护管理水平提升

本文主要阐述了轨道交通设施保护信息管理系统建设的总体思路和建设原则,介绍了系统研发的关键技术及主要功能,分析了“数智”系统在提升轨道交通设施保护管理水平上的突出作用。通过本系统的建设,有效推进了轨道交通保护区巡查作业管理精细化、受控项目管理标准化,实现“智慧数字化”。同时,建立了洞内外自动化监测预警模块,和保护区管理各项工作数据的统计分析模块,实现“数字智慧化”。“数智”赋能不仅节省了大量人力、物力成本,还提高了信息的时效性与准确性,同时提升了轨道交通设施保护工作的标准化水平,并且运用数据统计分析辅助科学决策和智慧运维,全面提高轨道交通设施保护综合管理能力。

Abstract:

This paper mainly expounds the general thinking and construction principles of the subway facility protection information management system, introduces the key technologies and main functions of the system, and analyzes the outstanding role of the "digital intelligence" system in improving the protection and management level of the subway facilities. The system has successfully promoted the fine management of subway safety protection areas, the standardization of controlled project management in the protection area, and realized the "intelligent digitalization". At the same time, the monitoring and early warning module inside and outside the automatic hole, and the statistical analysis module of the data of the work have been established to realize "digital intelligence"."Digital intelligence" not only saves a lot of manpower and material costs, but also improves the timeliness and accuracy of information, and improves the standardization level of the protection of subway facilities, and uses data statistical analysis to assist scientific decision-making and intelligent operation and maintenance, so as to comprehensively improve the comprehensive management ability of subway facilities protection.
