Abstract:This article combines the author''s years of experience in investment control and settlement review of hospital construction projects to briefly describe the characteristics of investment control work throughout the entire process of hospital construction projects and the overall ideas of investment supervision work. In order to effectively control project investment, reduce costs, and improve investment efficiency, a series of targeted measures are adopted at each stage of project investment control, with the construction and installation cost as the breakthrough point, and several practical experiences that can be promoted are summarized. Using BIM new technology through sample projects to solve pipeline collision conflicts and reduce rework and change visas; Reduce the intensity of settlement review work, improve work efficiency and quality. Using value engineering evaluation and optimal design schemes to reduce project investment and demonstrate the effectiveness of investment supervision.
