油田施工项目监督质量控制策略研究

摘要:

为提升油田施工项目质量管理水平,本文提出了基于多层次质量监督组织体系、精细化施工过程质量监督、大数据平台风险评估和智能质量管理系统的创新方案。以大庆油田采油二期工程为例,系统阐述了该项目在实施上述质量控制策略后,在施工质量、进度管理、资源利用效率、安全隐患管控等方面取得了显著提升,为油田施工项目质量管理提供了有力的实践支持和理论依据。

Abstract:

To enhance the quality management level of oilfield construction projects, this paper proposes an innovative solution based on a multi-level quality supervision organization system, refined quality supervision during the construction process, big data platform risk assessment, and an intelligent quality management system. Taking the second phase of oil production project in Daqing Oilfield as an example, this paper systematically expounds that after implementing the above quality control strategies, the project has achieved significant improvements in construction quality, progress management, resource utilization efficiency, and safety hazard control, providing strong practical support and theoretical basis for the quality management of oilfield construction projects.
