体育建筑中电梯工程全过程界面管理

摘要:

以某体育建筑项目的电梯工程为例，在设计、采购、安装、验收等项目建设全过程中，对电梯工程与建筑、结构、机电、幕墙、装饰、智能化、消防等工程界面管理进行全面梳理。针对电梯工程界面管理关键环节，结合各阶段专业界面分析，提出项目建设全过程电梯工程相应的详细界面划分表，作为电梯工程界面管控手段，控制电梯工程安装质量满足电梯工程验收要求；并对电梯界面管理中的通病提出相应纠正措施，为建筑设计、采购、深化设计、安装等建筑项目全过程中电梯与各相关专业工程的结合，提供全过程的界面管理方法。

Abstract:

Through analyzing the engineering interfaces of the elevator project and related speciality projects in a sports building project in whole process including design, procurement, installation, and acceptance, the key links of interface management of the elevator in project each stage are summarized. Corresponding control measures are put forward, providing a whole process interface management method for the integration of the elevator and various related speciality projects in sports building projects.
