BIM技术依托数字建模、信息集成和动态分析能力,为造价管理提供高效、精准的技术支撑。本文分析建筑工程造价管理的阶段性、动态性和数据精确性特征,探讨BIM技术在提升管理连贯性、增强动态灵活性和保障数据精确性方面的作用,论述BIM技术在设计阶段优化成本估算、施工阶段评估成本变更和结算审计阶段校验结算准确性的应用,以期构建科学、高效、智能化的建筑工程造价管理体系,提高全过程成本管控能力,推动建筑产业的数字化转型与高质量发展。

Abstract:

BIM technology relies on digital modeling, information integration and dynamic analysis capabilities to provide efficient and accurate technical support for cost management. This paper analyzes the phased, dynamic and data accuracy characteristics of construction project cost management, discusses the role of BIM technology in improving management continuity, enhancing dynamic flexibility and ensuring data accuracy, and discusses the application of BIM technology in optimizing cost estimation in design stage, evaluating cost changes in construction stage and verifying settlement accuracy in settlement audit stage. In order to build a scientific, efficient and intelligent construction cost management system, improve the cost control ability of the whole process, and promote the digital transformation and high-quality development of the construction industry.
