本文聚焦浙江省建设工程监理行业高质量发展现状与挑战,通过综合运用文献分析、实地调研、案例研究等方法,指出市场不规范、服务质量低及人才短缺为当前可能面临的主要问题。针对这些问题,提出了强化市场监管、推动企业转型和加强队伍建设等策略,旨在为监理行业的健康发展提供有益参考。

Abstract:

This article focuses on the current situation and challenges of high-quality development in the construction project supervision industry in Zhejiang Province. By comprehensively utilizing methods such as literature analysis, field research, and case studies, it points out that market irregularities, low service quality, and talent shortages may be the main issues currently faced. In response to these problems, strategies such as strengthening market supervision, promoting corporate transformation, and enhancing team building are proposed, aiming to provide useful references for the healthy development of the supervision industry.
