区域开发项目管理问题分析与对策研究

Research on the existing problems and countermeasures in the overall management of regional project development and construction

随着各地改革开放进一步的深化落实,区域项目群开发成为推动区域经济发展的重要手段,但对于政府和建设单位,大规模的统一区域开发往往缺乏统筹管理经验和实践,因此,本文通过对区域的项目群建设统筹管理的特点、形式和存在问题的分析,并提出针对性建议,对于提升建设效率、优化管理机制、完善建设体系具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

With the further deepening of reform and opening up in various regions, regional program development has become an important means to promote regional economic development. However, for governments and construction units, large-scale unified regional development often lacks overall management experience and practice. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics, forms and existing problems of overall management of regional program construction and puts forward targeted suggestions. It has certain reference value for improving construction efficiency, optimizing management mechanism and perfecting construction system.
