Abstract:

With the continuous development of society, people's requirements for the quality of space are increasing. This paper, from the perspective of the construction party, delves into the process links of decoration project management, including the project design phase, quality control in the construction process, progress control, and safety management. By analyzing the existing problems in decoration project management and proposing corresponding optimization measures, this paper aims to improve the efficiency and level of decoration project management and provide references for the healthy development of the decoration industry.
