区域级设计协同统筹模式探索与实践 ——以雄安新区设计统筹咨询实践为例

我国城镇化已进入高质量发展转型阶段，区域集群开发项目持续涌现，此类项目建设主体多元、市政与房建交叉实施，存在标准体系不健全、协同效率偏低、风貌管控难度大等问题，传统单项目咨询模式难以适应区域一体化建设需求。以雄安新区设计协同统筹实践为案例，探讨区域级设计统筹咨询的服务模式、核心内容与实施成效，总结可复制、可推广经验，为大型片区集群开发提供全生命周期一体化统筹方案，也为全过程工程咨询向区域化、系统化升级提供实践借鉴。

Abstract:

China's urbanization has entered a stage of high-quality development transformation, with continuous emergence of regional cluster development projects. These projects involve diverse construction entities and cross-sectional implementation of municipal and housing construction. There are issues such as an imperfect standard system, low coordination efficiency, and great difficulty in style control. The traditional single-project consulting model is difficult to adapt to the needs of regional integration construction. Taking the design coordination and overall planning practice in Xiongan New Area as a case study, this paper explores the service model, core content, and implementation effectiveness of regional-level design coordination consulting. It summarizes replicable and promotable experiences, provides an integrated overall planning scheme for the entire life cycle of large-scale area cluster development, and also offers practical references for the upgrading of whole-process engineering consulting towards regionalization and systematization.
