Abstract:With the advantages of aesthetics and efficient construction, precast curved fair-faced concrete stands have become one of the core components of large comprehensive gymnasiums. However, their characteristics such as curved structural features, high-altitude hoisting operations, and complex joint connections lead to high difficulty in quality and safety control during the installation process. As the core supervision body for project quality and safety, supervision units need to establish a targeted full-process supervision and control system. Based on the practice of the Shenzhen Sports Center Renovation and Upgrading Project, this paper analyzes the difficulties in supervision and control of the installation of precast curved fair-faced concrete stands, covers the supervision and control methods including material acceptance, hoisting, joint treatment, and quality defect prevention from the three stages of construction preparation, installation process and acceptance, and puts forward specific control measures, so as to provide reference for the development of supervision work of similar projects
