    摘要:

    城市化竖向开发促使300 m级超高层建筑发展,超高程混凝土泵送是超高层建筑施工的关键环节。在高压力混凝土竖向输送作业中,混凝土易发生性能劣化、骨料离析等问题,且易出现堵管、爆管故障,施工管控难度较大。本文以温州某超高层项目为例,剖析超高层混凝土超高压泵送在压力调控、混凝土性能劣化、管道磨蚀等方面的技术难题,从组织、材料、设备、施工、应急等维度构建全流程超高压泵送一体化管控体系,保障多等级混凝土连续稳定浇筑,提升结构施工质量,可为同类300 m级超高层项目提供技术参考。

    Abstract:

    SThe vertical development of urbanization has driven the construction of 300-meter-grade super high-rise buildings, among which ultra-elevation concrete pumping is a critical focus in construction. In high-pressure vertical concrete conveying operations, the concrete is prone to performance degradation, aggregate segregation, and other issues, as well as pipe blockage and burst failures, making construction control highly challenging. This paper takes a super high-rise project in Wenzhou as a case study to analyze technical challenges in ultra-high-pressure concrete pumping, including difficulties in pressure regulation, concrete performance deterioration, and pipeline abrasion. From the dimensions of organization, materials, equipment, construction, and emergency response, it establishes an integrated whole-process management and control system for ultra-high-pressure pumping, ensuring continuous and stable placement of multi-grade concrete and improving structural construction quality. This study may serve as a technical reference for similar 300-meter-class super high-rise projects.
